RESOLUTION NO. 3084
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ANNOUNCING FINDINGS AND DECISIONS REGARDING A ZONE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHERLY TERMINI
OF SUNNYHILL, CLEARVIEW AND SKYLINE DRIVES. (Pannonia)
CHANGE FROM R-1-15,000 TO R-1-9500 ON
WHEREAS, on the 13th of February, 1973, the Carlsbad City
Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 847 which is herewith
referred to and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of March, 1973, a duly noticed
Public Hearing was held in the manner prescribed by law to con-
sider a Zone Change from R-1-15000 to R-1-9500 (NOTE: original
request amended at aforementioned Planning Commission meeting with
applicant's concurrence) on property generally located at the
southerly termini of Sunnyhill , Clearview and Skyline Drives (that
portion southerly of the proposed alignment of Hillside Drive)
and more particularly described as:
A portion of Lot "I" of Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map No. 823 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council received all recommendations and
heard all persons interested in or opposed to the proposed Zone
Change; and
WHEREAS, said application has complied with the requirement
of the "City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of
1972" and has been declared to have a non-significant impact on
the environment.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
DOES HEREBY DECLARE FINDINGS AND RESOLVE that the findings of the
Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad contained in the
aforementioned Resolution constitute the findings of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad.

BE IT FURTHER DECLARED AND RESOLVED that the City Council
ertifies that the approval of the proposed Zone Change is
iecessary to carry out the general purpose of Title 21 of the
lunicipal Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Carlsbad City Council does
iereby declare its intention to adopt an ordinance to effectuate
;he proposed Change of Zone classification.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:arlsbad City Council held on the 6th day of March, 1973, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
