RESOLUTION NO. 3085
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TENTA- TIVE MAP, CARLSBAD TRACT 72-28, ON PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTHERLY OF THE TERMINI OF SUNNYHILL, CLEARVIEW AND SKYLINE DRIVES AND EXTENDING SOUTHERLY TO WITHIN 200 FEET OF PARK DRIVE, AND KNOWN AS PANNONIA INVESTMENT COMPANY.
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of February, 1973, the Carlsbad
City Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 848, recommending
to the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, that
Tentative Tract Map 72-28 be condi tiorial ly approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the
6th day of March, 1973, considered the recommendation of the

13. Payment of Park-in-lieu fees shall be made prior to
final recordation.
14. Sunnyhill Drive and Skyline Drive shall be permanent

4. Improvement plans shall conform to the "City of Carlsba
Engineering Design Criteria and Standard Plans" and be
compatible to proposed CT 72-18.
5. All cut and fill slopes shall be rounded as required
by the City Engineer prior to issuance of building permits.
6. Street lighting shall be City owned and installed by

developer as approved by City Engineer.
7. Access rights to one street shall be relinquished on
those lots having frontage to two streets except as
approved by the City Engineer.
8. The proposed sewer system from ''A" Street to Park
Drive shall be designed to provide paved access to all
manhole structures.
9. Access shall be installed to Park Drive and Valencia
Avenue, via Hillside Drive, with a minimum 24' paved
roadway and 6' graded D.G. shoulders, if this development
precedes proposed developments to the east and west.
10. Drainage from the water reservoir site shall be con-
veyed to a drainage system subject to approval by the City
Engi neer.
11. Clearview Drive shall be "cul-de-saced" to prevent
through traffic into an established residential neighbor-
hood. Provisions for the passage of emergency vehicles,
satisfactory to the City, between Sunnyhill Drive and
Hillside Drive shall be included in the final design.
12. The offsite storm drain system is not approved as
shown. Final design shall be subject to the approval of
the City Engineer.

connector streets between the Carlsbad Highlands and
Hillside Drive.
15. Hillside Drive shall be developed as a 52' curb to
curb street within an 84' wide right-of-way.
AND BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to place a copy of this resolution in the usual course
of mail, addressed to the subdivider at his address shown on
the Tentative Map.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council, held on the
following vote, to wit:
