RESOLUT ION NO, 3080
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING THE SAN LUIS
REY WATERSHED PLANNING AGENCY PROJECT
BUDGET AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is a member of the San Luis Rey
Watershed Planning Agency having executed the Joint Powers
Agreement; and,
WHEREAS, the San Luis Rey Watershed Planning Agency is
presently engaged in a Water Quality Management Study; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad in its 1972-1973 annual budget lo ~
11’ has provided funds for the support of the management study; and,

13 share payable by the City of Carlsbgd to be $500.00 for the fiscal
14 year 1970-71, $500.00 for the fiscal year 1971-71, and $500.00
15 payable in the fiscal year 1972-73; and,

17 hereto and made a part hereof by reference thereto, has been sub-
18 mitted showing these amounts payable as follows:

WHEREAS, the project budget has been submitted showing the I

Fiscal year 71-72 January, 1973
Fiscal year 72-73 January, 1973
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does

23 resolve that the project budget of the San Luis Rey Watershed
24 Planning Agency Water Quality Management Study is approved and the
25lpayment schedule for payment of amounts due under the budget is
26 /lapproved. :I

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regularly scheduled meeting this 20th da Y
of March, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES ; Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Lewis and Frazee.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: Councilman Chase.
