A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ANNOUNCING FINDINGS AND DECISION RE TENTATIVE MAP
MENT ON .68 ACRES OF LAND, GENERALLY LOCATED ON PARK DRIVE AND MARINA DRIVE. (Difcon, Inc.)
(CT 71-71, A 21-UNIT CONDOMINIUM DEVELOP-
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of August, 1973, the Carlsbad
City Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 949,
recommending to the City Council that Tentative Map (CT 71-7)
be conditionally approved; and
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on
the 18th day of September , 1973, considered the
recommendation of the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said Tentative Map has complied with the
requirements of the “City of Carlsbad Environmental
Protection Ordinance of 1972“ and has been declared to have
a non-significant impact on the environment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, as follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
6. That Tentative Map (CT 71-7) is hereby approved,
subject to the execution and/or fulfillment of the following
conditions:

3. The Developer is encouraged to work with the Carlsbad Unified School District to provide for future school requirements that will result from the proposed development.
C. That said Tentative Map together with the provisions
for its design and improvement and subject to the above
conditions, is consistent with all applicable general and
specific plans of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the Carlsbad City Council held on the 18thday of September
, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, Lewis and Chase
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmen McComas and Frazee
