RESOLUTION NO. 3388
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF. THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A CONTRACT FOR 1974 PICKUP TRUCK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of 'nlescloh Chevrolet Company, 114 South
Hill Street, Oceanside, California 92054 is hereby accepted and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for
the purchase of one each 1974 Chevrolet 3/4 Ton Pickup Truck at
a cost of $3750. 62, plus tax, less $450.76 for trade in, for a
total cost of $3487.99.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on March 19, 1974, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, McComas and Lewis.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
