RESOLUTION NO. 3396
I
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROV ING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND DALE W. AND ELEANOR G. SMITH FOR PARCEL SPLIT NO 210, BUENA VISTA WAY, BETWEEN WILSON STREET AND CREST DRIVE
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. That the certain agreement between the City of Carlsbad
and Dale W. and Eleanor G. Smith for Parcel Split No.
210, Buena Vista Way between Wilson Street and Crest
Drive, dated the 2nd day of April , 1974, a copy
of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for, and
on behalf of, the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held April 2. , 1974
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Counci1ri;en I’razee, Chase, McCoirias and Lewis.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
