HomeMy WebLinkAbout1975-01-21; City Council; Resolution 35761 2 7 4 E e 7 E s IC 11 12 12 0 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 E - 0 RESOLUTION NO. 3576 A RES LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS TENTATIVE MAP (CT 72-38) TO ALLOW A TWO-LOT CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION ON 1.3 ACRES LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF CARLSBAD BOULEVARD BETWEEN TAMARACK AVENUE AND ONE LOT SOUTH OF SEQUOIA AVENUE. APPLICANT: STEPHEN 8. ABBEY WHEREAS, on December 10, 1974, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 1121 recommending to the City Council that Tentative Map (CT 72-38) be conditionally approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on January 7, 1975, considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was certified as complete for a previously issued entitlement for this project, and the Planning Director has found the Tentative Map (CT 72-38) to be in prior compliance with the City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows: A. That the above recitations are true and correct. B. That Tentative Map (CT 72-38) is hereby approved sub- ject to all applicable requirements of the Carlsbad Municipal Code and to the satisfaction of the following conditions: 1. The final map shall be submitted for approval within one year from the final action by the City Council on the tentative subdivision map. The final map shall be in substantial conformance with the Tentative Subdi- vision Map known as Exhibit A, dated November 4, 1974, on file in the Carlsbad City Planning Department. The development of the property described herein shall be subject to the restrictions and limitations set forth herein which are in addition to all the requirements limitations and restrictions of all municipal ordinance and state and federal statutes now in force, or which here after may be in force for the purpose of preserving the residential characteristics of adjacent properties. 2. 7- 8.
