RESOLUTION NO. 3876
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY F
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECI-
FICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO IN- VITE BIDS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF LAGUNA RIVIERA
AND CAR COUNTRY PARK.
CONTRACT NO. 1033
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
jetermined that it is necessary and in the public interest to
improve Laguna Riviera and Car Country Parks; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of
sll labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation and other
sxpense necessary or incidental for said project, Contract No. 103:
have been prepared and filed in the Engineering Department of the
City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Cit:
of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitaitons are true and correct.
2. That the plans and specifications as presented are
hereby approved.
That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereb,
authorized and directed to proceed to publish in accordance with law, notice to contractors inviting bids for improvement of Laguna Riviera and Car Count
Parks, hereinafter described, in accordance with the
plans and specifications hereabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the

Premium pay of 254 per hour for working from bos'n chair, swinging scaffold or
from safety belt.
Premium pay of 25d per hour for welding in any carpenter classificatlon.
Pi le Drivers and MI 1 lwrights have special working rules, and Pi le Drlvers (under
specified conditions) receive travel pay. Please refer to the Agreement.
