A RE LUTION
RESOLUTION NO. 3904
F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 1 ITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECI-
FICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO IN- VITE BIDS FOR THE: RESTORATION OF LAGEE HOUSE, CONTRACT NO. 1034
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
etermined that it is necessary and in the public interest to
estore the Magee House as an historical site; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of
11 labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation and other
xpense necessary or incidental for said project, Contract No. 1034
ave been prepared and filed in the Engineering Department of the
ity of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
f Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans and specifications as presented are
hereby approved.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to proceed to publish in accordance with law, notice to contractors inviting bids for the restoration of the Magee House, herein- after described, in accordance with the plans and specifications hereabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
:ity of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 18th day of May
, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki
and Councilwoman Casler
