RESOLUTION NO. 3990
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE SALARY
PLAN FOR COUNCIL APPOINTED PERSONNEL FOR THE - 19'76-1977 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEFSAS, the City Council has determined to make adjustments
in salary for City Council appointed personnel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Attorney and City Manager are hereby
granted a 5% salary increase and the City Council appointed
officials' salary schedule set out in Exhibit A, attached hereto
and made a part hereof, is adopted as the salary plan of the
City of Carlsbad for said employees.
3. That the schedules adopted by this resolution shall
be effective beginning July 1, 1976, and shall supersede any
salary plan inconsistent therewith.
4. The City Attorney and City Manager may accummulate
vacation up to forty days.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the City Cou.nci1 held on the 17th day of Auqust , 1976
