concurs that the Classification and Salary I;nnge Schedule be
amended by the deletion of the words jn the portion 6-esipatinq
''Eillploypent Gtanbards" as follows:

NOW, TIIEFXbORE BE: IT RESOLVED by the City Gounci.1 of the
City of Carlsbad as follows;
1. That the above facts are true and cozrect.
2. That the City council authorizes and directs
the anendment of the City' s Cla.ssification and
Salary Ran5.e Schedule by the deletion of the
terms a.s quoted above am', to create the revised
classification as set out in "Exhibit 1" attached
hereto a.nd incorporated here by reference.
PASSED, A?PI?CVED AND ADOPTED at a regul-ar meeting of the
Carksbad City Council held on the 5th day of Bctahei.
