RESOLUTION NO, 4091
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS
AN EXTENSION OF TENTATIVE MAP (CT 74-21).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the
7th day of January, 1975 adopted Resolution No. 3566 approving
with conditions Tentative Map (CT 74-21); and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the
16th day of December, 1975 adopted Resolution No. 3803 approving
with conditions the extension of tentative map (CT 74-21); and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year extension
of such mapI from January 7, 1977 to January 7, 1978; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to extend such
map subject to additional conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That Tentative Map (CT 74-21) is hereby extended,
subject to the execution and/or fulfillment of all the conditions
of Resolution No. 3566 and Resolution No. 3803, and the following
conditions:
Resolution No. 3803 shall be amended as follows:
1) Delete Condition #l.
2) Amend Condition #3 to state:
"3. The applicant shall submit a landscaping and
irrigation plan to the Parks and Recreation Director for his
approval covering all denuded natural and constructed slope areas
prior to the approval of the final subdivision grading plan. Said
plan shall include a statement of installation phasing and shall
include landscaping that will satisfy erosion and fire hazards
controls.

to submittal of the landscaping and irrigation plan, said Land-
scaping and Irrigation Plan shall be compatible with the open
space standards of that amendment for those areas of the Master
Plan adjoining the subdivision. I'
C. That said tentative map extension, together with the
provisions for its design and improvement and subject to the
above conditions, is consistent with all applicable general and
specific plans of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 15th day of February , 19;
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Packard and Councilwoman Casler.
NOES: Councilmen Lewis and Skotni'cki.
ABSENT : None-
