RESOLUTION NO. 51 52
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REVISING THE REFUSE COLLECTION RATES FOR THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has contracted with McDougal
Sanitation, Inc. now doing business as Coast Waste Management, for
excl usive refuse coll ect ion servi ces within the Ci ty; and
WHEREAS, the City adopted Resolution No. 3569 setting refuse
collection requirements and establishing rates for said services; and
WHEREAS, said contract as amended provides that the City will
meet and renegotiate rates as requested by the collector; and
WHEREAS, after said negotiations the parties to said contract
have agreed that certain changes in the refuse collection rates are
nece s sa ry ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:

(a) One dump truck with driver: $30.00/hour, assessed portal-to-portal, plus $6.75/hour for one extra man, plus dump charges of $18.75 per dump. one hour plus a dump charge of $18.75.
$66.70 per box, with a dump charge of $17.00 per dump.

September 1, 1977.
7. The rates and charges established by this resolution shall
on their effective day supersede the rates established by
Resolution No. 3569.
