That all publication and posting of notices regarding the proposed vacation of a portion of Pueblo Street pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 5214 have been given as required by law. 2. That the City Council did hear the evidence offered by all persons interested in said proposed street vacation and does find from all the evidence submitted that a portion of Pueblo Street, located in the City of Carlsbdd, :ounty of San Dieoo, State of California, and particularly described on Exhibit 4, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is unnecessary for Dresent or prospective street purposes and does hereby make this order vacatinc said portion of Pueblo Street provided, however, that the City Council does hereby determine that the pub1 ic convenience and necessity 'require the resep- vation reservations particularly described on the aforementioned Exhibit A, attached hereto. and exception of certain easements in said Pueblo Street, said easement PASSED, APPROVED AYD ADOPTED at a regular meetin9 of the Carlsbad City Council held on the 1st- day of Eilovember , 1977 by the following vote to wit: AYES: Counci lmen Frazee, Lewi s, Packard, Skotni cki and NOES: None Councilwoman Casler ABSENT: None ATTEST : EXHIBIT "A" 1.
