That that certain agreement between the City of Carlsbad and the Department of Finance of the State of California for the enumeration of population for the La Costa area of the City, a copy of which is attached hereto marked Exhibit llA'l and made a part hereof, is hereby approved. 2. That James C. Hagaman, Planning Director of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
