RESOLUTION NO. 5447
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THE TIME FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.04.010 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, Section 2.04.010 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
covides that the City Council shall hold their regular meetings
.t such time as they may specify by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to change the meeting
imes set forth in Resolution No. 5407;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
ity of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. Resolution No. 5407 is hereby rescinded.
3. Regular meetings of the Carlsbad City Council shall
ommence at 6:OO P.M. on the day and place specified in
ection 2.04.010 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. Matters requiring
public hearing will be heard commencing at 7:30 P.M.
'he City Council may adjourn the meeting to another time or to
nother day and time as they determine necessary to complete

4. The times established for Council meetings by this
esolution shall be effective commencing with the regular Council
