RESOLUTION NO. 5486
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING INTElvTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF MADISON STREET AND 20-FOOT ALLEY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby declare its in-
tention to proceed under the provisions of Street Vacation Act of 1941 to va-
cate that certain portion of Madison Street and 20-foot alley, located within
the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, particularly
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. A public hearing shall be held at the City Council Chambers at 1200
Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:30 p.m., August 15, 1978, for the pur-
pose of hearing all persons interested in or objecting to said proposed va-
cation.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad held the 18th day of July , 1978, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Lewis, Anear and Councilwoman
NOES: Councilman Skotnicki
Casler
ABSENT: None
