RESOLUTION NO. 5561
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING 'lY I ELD" CONTROL ON LUC I ERNAGA STREET AT
ITS INTERSECTION WITH CORlNTlA STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
That "YIELD" control be established on Luciernaga Street
at its intersection with Corintia Street thereby requiring east-
bound and westbound traffic on Luciernaga Street to yield to all
traffic on Corintia Street.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held the 17th day
of octahPr , 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Lewis and
Councilwoman Casler
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Anear
