RESOLUTION NO. 5620
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR LEGAL COSTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE GROVE LAWSUIT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the transfer of Thirty-six thousand dollars
($36,000) from the Unappropriated Fund Balance Account
#1-000-0900 to City Attorney Professional Services Account
#1-105-2450 is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 9 on
file in said department and incorporated by reference herein is
approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 21st day of November , 1978, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None
