RESOLUTION NO. 5657
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE
LAGUNA RIVIERA PARK SLOPE PLANTING AND IRRIGATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is
necessary and in the public interest to irrigate and plant a slope in Laguna
Riviera Park; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor, ma-
terials, tools, equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or inci-
dental for said project, Contract No. 1060, have been prepared and filed in the
Public Works Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by refer-
ence herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls-
bad, California, as follows:
I. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The plans and specifications are hereby approved.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, notice to contractors
inviting bids for planting and irrigating a slope in Laguna Riviera Park, in
accordance with the plans and specifications hereinabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad held the 6th day of February , 1979, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES: None Counci 1 woman Cas 1 er
ABSENT: None
