RESOLUTION NO. 5820
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 1061A FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE COASTAL BICYCLE ROUTE
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for the con-
struction of the Coastal Bicycle Route, Contract No. 1061A; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this contract was submitted by Sully-
Miller Contracting Co. in the amount of $382,902.15; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Account Nos. 1-145-3007 and 2-200-3007;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls-
bad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $382,902.15 by Sully-Miller Contracting Co. for Contract
No. 1061A for the construction of the Coastal Bicycle Route is hereby accepted,
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract
therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
an adjourned at f regular meeting held the 25th day of June , 1979, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES : Mayor Packard, Councilmen Skotnicki, Lewis, Anear
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
and Councilwoman Casler
