A KESOLIITION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIPORIUA, ACCEPTING AM EASEXENT FOR REAL PROPERTY FROM ROBERT L. AND MARJORIE L. WATSON
FOR STREET PURPOSES.
WEREAS, ROBERT L. AND MARJORIE L. WATSON has submitte
an. Easement for Real Property to the City of Carlsbad for street
purposes; said Easement is 311 file in the Office of the City Clerk
and is incorporated by reference hei-ein; and
WHEREAS, th.3 City Cotlncil of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said Easenent;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Easement conveying real property to the City
3-f: Carlsbad €or street purposes, is hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the
niginal Easement to be recorded in the Office of the County
iecorder of San Diego County, State of California, with the
sppropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:arlsbad City Council held on the 7iSf day of
the Eollowing vote, to wit:
