RESOLUTION NO. 5932
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING EXHIBIT "A" OF RESOLUTION NO, 5698 CHANGING THE TIME OF
OCTOBER 1. 1979 TO JANUARY 1, 1980.
COMPLETION OF THE HOUSING ELEMENT FROM

WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has an agreement with
Margaret R. Goldstein to provide a Housing Element
to the General Plan, and accompanying EIR; and
WHEREAS, Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. 5698 provides
for completion of the Housing Element by October 1,
1979; and
WHEREAS, the State Department of Housing and Community
Development has changed the deadline of completion
from October 1, 1979 to January 1, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the constraints in processing prohibit
certification prior to October 1, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the time of completion
written on page 1, line 25 and page 4, line 16 of the Agreement,
as part of Resolution No. 5698 Exhibit "A" be amended to
January 1, 1980.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at the regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the
18th day of September , 1979, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None
ABSENT : Councilman Pack
