OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA PROVIDING FOR
COMPENSATION FOR CARLSBAD HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION YilJUSERS. --
WEREAS, pursuant to the California Health .and Safety Code

declared that there is a need €or a Commun'ity Development Commis-.

itself to be the commission and the Council Members are serving
as commission members, performing duties of both Redevelopment '-
Agency and Housing Authority; and

WHEREAS, the CLty 'Council now desires to-6rovid.e for compen- .. I sation for its duties as comniission members:
NOW, TKEREFORE, BE IT RESOITED, that: ..
1. The members of the commission shall receive their actual and necessary expenses, including traveling expenses
incurred in discharge of their duties. .-
. The members of the comiiission shall be paid other com- pensation in the amount of $30.00 for each kcyular and special meeting of the commission attended. No membar shall receive compensation for attending more than four meetings of the commission during any calendar
month.
