RESOLUTION NO. 6105
A RESOLVTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAlUSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
WITH CONDITIONS CONDOMINIUM PERMIT
(CP-31)
ON APPROXIMATELY .5 ACRE, GENERALLY
LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
LEVANTE AND CENTELLA STREETS. APPLICANT:
ROY WARD.
FOR A 10-UNIT CONDOMINIUM PROJECT

WHEREAS, on January 9, 1980 the Carlsbad Planning Commission
adopted Resolution No. 1580 recommending to the City Council
that Condominium Permit (CP-31) be conditionally approved; and
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on
March 4, 1980, held a public hearing to consider the recomenda-
tions and hear all persons interested in or opposed to Condominium
Permit (CP-31) ; and
WHEREAS, said Condominium Permit has been declared to have
a nonsignificant impact on the environment and a Negative
Declaration has been prepared and filed in compliance with the
requirements of the City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection
Ordinance of 1972;

A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
3. That the findings of the Planning Commission in
Resolution No. 1580 constitute the findings of the City Council
in this matter.
C. That Condominium Permit (CP-31) is hereby approved
subject to all applicable requirements of the Carlsbad Municipal
Code and to the satisfaction of the following conditions:
