RESOLUTION NO. 6120
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF CONTRACT NO. 1078 FOR RECOATING ELLERY RESERVOIR
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for recoating
Ellery Reservoir, Contract No. 1078; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this construction was submitted by
Pateras Painting of Santa Ana in the amount of $42,800; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $48,500 are available in Account No.
51-244-3970 for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls-
bad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $42,800 by Pateras Painting of Santa Ana for Contract No.
1078 for recoating of Ellery Reservoir is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Counc
the City of Carlsbad held the 18th day of March ? 1980, by the
lowing vote, to wit:
