A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE
RENOVATION OF THE HARDING STREET COMMUNITY CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of Two Thousand Two Hundred Nine Dollars ($2,209)
from Area 4 Park-in-1 ieu Unappropriated Reserves, Account No. 26-220-0900, to
Area 4 Harding Street Community Center Project Account, Account No. 26-220-3013
is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 81 on file in said de-
partment and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the - 20thday of May , 1980, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Lewis, Anear and Councilwomen Casler
NOES: None
and Kulchin
ABSENT: None
