HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980-06-17; City Council; Resolution 62091 2 3 4 5 6 7 a 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 2$ 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 6209 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO COVER THE COST OF PROVIDING STREET LIGHTING TO PUBLIC PROPERTY. WHEREAS, on May 17, 1977, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad did establish the Street Lighting Assessment District Number 1, and; WHEREAS, the Council did establish the City's participation in this assessment district at an annual fee of $8,120, and ; WHEREAS, this fee has not been paid by the City into the assessment district for a period of three years. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the amount of annual payments, $24,360, is hereby transferred from the General Fund balance account number 1-000-0900 to the Street Lighting account 1-206-2870. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council on June 17, 1980 by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Council Members Packard, Lewis and Casler NOES: None ABSENT: Council Members KuE RONALD C.
