RESOLUTI ON NO. 6320
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE CURB, GUTTER
AND SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM - CONTRACT NO. 1088
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it
necessary and in the public interest to replace curbs, guteers and sidewa
at various locations in the City; and

WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor, materi-
als, tools, equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or inci-
dental for said project, Contract No. 1088, have been prepared and are on file
in the Engineering Department and are incorporated by reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc 1 of the City of Carlsbac
as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and di-
rected to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, notice to contractors
inviting bids for the curb, gutter and sidewalk replacement program, Contract
No. 1088, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held the 7th day of OCtobpr , 1980, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Packard
