RESOLUTION NO. 652 2-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL WITH THE CONSENT
OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION SETTING
A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CITY COUNCIL/HOUSING
AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
FOR THE ADOPTION OF THE VILLAGE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN.
WHEREAS, the City Council with the consent of the Housing and Redevelopmer
:ommission of the City of Carlsbad, California will hold a joint Public
iearing as provided by Section 33355 of the City Health and Safety Code of the
state of California for the purpose of considering the adoption of a Redevelop-
nent Plan for the Village Redevelopment Area; a copy of legal description is
attached hereto.
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Commission has recommended that a
ioint Public Hearing be held to consider the plan and transmit a copy of the
rillage Redevelopment Plan accompanied by the Report on the Plan via Commissior
tesolution No. 10 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Zarlsbad, California, that a said joint Public Hearing will be held by the
Xty Council/Housing and Redevelopment Commission, on Tuesday, June 23, 1981,
it 6:OO P.M., in the Council Chambers, Civic Center, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
Zalifornia.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
