RESOLUTION NO, 6584
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ORDERING CITY MANAGER TO ABATE NUISANCE
BY HAVE WEEDS, RUBBISH, REFUSE AND DIRT REMOVED.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve as follows:
1. At its meeting of June 2, 1981 the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad did herein consider all objections to the proposed removal of weeds,
rubbish, refuse and dirt on certain property located within the City of
Carl sbad.
2. Notice of said meeting was given to all affected property owners as
requi red by 7 aw.
3. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad did hear all objections, if
any, to the proposed removal of weeds, rubbish, refuse and dirt, and at the
conclusion of the hearing did overrule any said objections, if any, except as
fol 1 ows :

4. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby direct the
City Manager of the City of Carlsbad to abate the nuisances on the attached
list, except as stated above, by having the weeds, rubbish, refuse and dirt
thereon removed.
