RESOLUTION NO. 6607 --
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 07 TO LOCAL
AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO.
MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT
11 -5308 AND AUTHOR1 ZING THE
IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
That the City of Carlsbad does hereby approve and agree to the Program
Supplem-7t No. 07 to the Local Agency-State Agreement No. 11-5308, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference into this resolution.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of the City of Carlsbad the said Program Supplement No. 07 to
provide raised pavement markers on El Camino Real from Chestnut to the north
City limits and on Carlsbad Boulevard from Oak to the north City limits and
from Tamarack to the south City limits.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held the 21st day of Jdy , 1981 , by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Meiribers Packard, CasILer, hear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: NOne
