RESOLUTION NO. 6660
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR INSTALLATION OF WATER METERS AND WATER SERVICE CONNECTIONS.
WHEREAS, Title 14, Chapter 14.16 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
Sections 14.16.060 and 14.16.120 provide that the City Council may set the
charges for water meter installations and water service connections; and
WHEREAS, a recent analysis of the costs for installation of water
meters and water service connections indicate that such charges should be
increased to recover these costs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that;
1. The above recitations are true and correct;
2. That the charges for installation of water meters and for the connection of water services are set as shown on the attached schedule titled, "Water Service
Installation Charge Summary - 1981";
3. This Resolution shall be effective on the effective
date of Ordinance No. 4016 .
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the 1st day of Septder, 1981, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Wers Padcard, Casler, Anm, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
