A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE FIFTH
AMENDMENT TO THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT -
SAN DIEGO ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENT.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
hereby resolves as follows:
1. That the agreement entitled Fifth Amendment to the
Joint Powers Agreement San Diego Association of Governments, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference,
is approved.
2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute said
agreement for the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, held on the 6th
day of July , 1982, by the

THIS FIFTH AMENDMENT to the Job-t Powers Agremt is made between the
Cities of Wlsbad, aula Vista, Coronado, Del Mar, El Cajon, Imperial Beach,
La Kesa, Lemn Grove, National City, Oceanside, Poway, San Diego, San Marcos,
Smt- and Vista, hereinafter collectively or individually referred to as
""her Agarcies" .
