RESOLUTION NO . 7277
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DENYING THE APPEAL OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF A 20 UNIT TENTA-
TIVE TRACT MAP AND CONDOMINIUM PERMIT LOCATED ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF LA COSTA AVENUE WEST OF LA
CORUNA PLACE, AND APPROVING SAID PROJECT.

CASE NO.: CT 83-5/CP-228
WHEREAS, on May 25, 1983 the Planning Commission of the
City of Carlsbad adopted Resolution No. 2122 approving a
tentative map and condominium permit for 20 dwelling units
located on the south side of La Costa Avenue west of La Coruna
Place (CT 83-5/CP-228); and
WHEREAS, that approval was appealed in a timely manner
to the Carlsbad City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad did
on June 21, 1983 hold a duly noticed public hearing to consider
the appeal of the Planning Commission action and to receive all
recommendations and hear all persons interested in or opposed to
the project
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That the appeal is denied.
C. That the findings of the Planning Commission
contained in Resolution No. 2122 shall be the findings of the
City Council in this matter.
D. That tentative tract map and condominium permit
CT 83-5 and CP-228 are approved subject to the conditions
contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2122.

E. This action of denial of the appeal is final the
date this resolution is adopted by the City Council. The
provision of Chapter 1.16 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, "Time
Limits for Judicial Review" shall apply.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on
the 5th day of July , 1983, by the following
vote, to wit:
