RESOLUTION NO. 7347
WHEREAS, the lump sum fee for said services is $29,188 and
staff time charges are estimated to be $2,200;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council as
follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. Funds in the amount of $31,388 are hereby appropriated
for this work.
3. The transfer of $31,388 from the Sewer Construction Fund,
Account Number 31-00-00-0941 to the Sewer Master Plan,
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FOR CONSULTING SERVICES TO DEVELOP A
SEWER MASTER PLAN AND TRANSFERRING SAID
FUNDS TO THE PROJECT ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on August
16, 1983, approved an agreement between the City of Carlsbad
Neste, Brudin & Stone, Inc. for consulting services to
evelop a sewer master plan; and 9
