RESOLUTION NO. 7383
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
ALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITEMS OF EQUIPMENT AS OBSOLETE AND
AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SUCH ITEMS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined that the following can no longer be used and are
obsolete: Alba Water Tank Trailer, Case Diesel Backhoe with Front
Loader, Wayne Brush Chipper and an International Bucket Boom
Truck; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the City of Carlsbad to
dispose of this equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the items listed in Exhibit A be declared obsolete.
3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to proceed to dispose of this obsolete equipment.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 1st - day of November 9
1983, by the following vote, to wit:
