WHEREfS, said Tentative Tract Map and Condominium
Permit have bee declared to have a nonsignificant impact on the
environment and a Negative Declaration, dated August 24, 1984,
was prepared, a proved and filed by the Planning Commission on
September 12, 1 84 in compliance with the requirements of the
City of Carlsba Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1980 and
the California nvironmental Quality Act;
