WHEREAS,
RESOLUTION NO. 7820
A RES0 UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBPD, CALIFORNIA, RECITING THE FACT OF A GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD IN SAID CITY ON THE 6th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1984, DECLARING THE RESULTS THEREOF AND SUbH OTHER MATTERS AS ARE REQUIRED BY LAW.

WHEREAS, a Feneral Municipal Election was held and conducted
in the City

the returns made and declared in time, form and manner as

California for the holding of elections in cities; and I
WHEREAS, C'ty Council Resolution No. 7666, adopted on the f
10th day of luiy, 1984, authorized the Board of Supervisors of
