RESOLUTION NO 8097
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION
NO. 6877 MAKING CHANGES TO THE AGUA HEDIONDA LAND USE
PLAN.
APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD
CASE NO.: AH/LUP 85-1
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on May 22, 1985
hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to
consider amendments to the Agua Hedionda Land Use Plan AH/LUP 85,
1; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did on June 18, 1985 hold a
duly advertised public hearing to consider said amendments and
at said time received the recommendations, objects, protests and
comments of all interested persons desiring to be heard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council after considering the
proposed changes to the Agua Hedionda Land Use Plan directed the
City Attorney to return with appropriate documents to amend the
Agua Hedionda Land Use Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California as follows;
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B, That the findings of the Planning Commission as set
forth in the Planning Commission Resolution No. 2447, AH/LUP 85-
1, the finding of the City Council.
C. That the City Council Resolution No. 6877 and the
Auga Hedionda Local Coastal Plan are amended as shown on Exhibit
3, dated 5/22/85, attached hereto and made part hereof.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 2nd day of 1985
by the following vote, to wit:
