RESOLUTION NO. 8324
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ROOSEVELT STREET PARKING LOT
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the furnishings of all labor,
iaterial, tools, equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary and
.ncidental for constructing Roosevelt Street Parking Lot , contract No. U/M-11 ,
Lave been prepared and are on file in the Utilities & Maintenance Department
If the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
1s follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
and directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, Notice
Inviting Bids for the work of said contract in accordance with
said plans and specifications.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
ield on the 7th day of January , 1986 by the following vote, to wit:
