RESOLUTION NO. 9191 ---
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1987-88 FOR THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the 1987-88 Operating
Budget and
WHEREAS, the budget needs to reflect an authorized full-time
staff of 430, and
WHEREAS, a transfer of twenty one thousand dollars ($21,000)
from the General Fund Contingency Account to the Building Maintenance
Division of $9,000 and to the Parks Maintenance Division of $3,000 and
a transfer of $2,000 from the Sanitation Unappropriated Fund balance
to the Sanitation Department and a transfer of $1,000 from the Water
Unappropriated Fund balance to the Water Department budgets is needed
to properly allocate Services from Other Departments, and
WHEREAS, the Street Lighting Department shall receive twenty
four thousand dollars ($24,000) in revenue for performing Services for
Other Departments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby
recognizes a full-time authorized staff of 430.
3. That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby
authorizes the budget transfers identified above so that services for
other departments may be properly accounted for.

Xty Council of the City of Carlsbad held on thellth day of August,
1987, by the following vote, to wit:
