RESOLUTION NO. 88-22
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA;'AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR TBE :' STREETLIGHT PROJECT IN ALLEY WEST OF STATE STREET
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Streetlight
Program which included the alley west of State Street; and
WHEREAS, bids‘for this project have been solicited and
reviewed; and
WHEREAS, funds for this project in the amount of $9,800
are available the 12th year Community Development Block Grant
Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby awarded Mace Services .to install the Streetlights at the alley west of State Street as a cost of $9,800.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, on the 2nd
day of February, 1988, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
