I RESOLUTION NO. 88-43
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING QUITCLAIM FOR SEWER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Centre Development on behalf of the owner of MTK Corp

portion of Lot 10 of Carlsbad Tract 81-46; and 7

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of thc

12 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
13 2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying a sewer easement over a 1
14 Lot 10 of Carlsbad Tract No. 81-46, to MTK Corporation of America, wt
15 file with the City Clerk and is incorporated by this reference; is ap
16 3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the deed and the C
17 is hereby authorized to cause the original Quitclaim Deed to be re
