referred to as "Architect."
RECITALS
City requires the services of an architectural consult;
provide the necessary architectural services for the desi

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals an

1. ARCHITECT'S OBLIGATIONS
The Architect shall provide architectural consu
services to the City in accordance with the terms, condjtion

2. CITY OBLIGATIONS

5. PAYWENT OF FEES
Payment of fees shall be made within thirty (39) days
receipt and approval of monthly invoices submitted by Arch

6. CHANGES IN WORK
If, in the course of this Contract and design, change

10. DISPUTES
If a dispute should arise regarding the performance c

11. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICES
This agreement may be terminated by either part!

12. STATUS OF THE ARCHITECT
The Architect shall perform the services provided for

14. OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS

16. ASSICNMENT OF CONTRACT
The Architect shall not assign this Contract or a

17. SUBCONTRACTING

19. VERBAL AGREEMENT OR CONVERSATION.

20. SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS

21. RIJSINESS LICENSE REQUIRED

22. CONFLICT OF INTEREST
