RESOLUTION NO. 88-215
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT
DEEDS.
WHEREAS, A. and L. Ledesma/W. and G. B1 ough have subm.
Deeds conveying easements to the City of Carlsbad for street purpc
portion of Olympia Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has de
to be in the public interest to accept said Deeds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of 1
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deeds from A. and L. Ledesma/W. and
