RESOLUTION NO. 88-252
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL EVALUATION POLICY.
WHEREAS, the City of Carl sbad recognizes the need for the inst
traffic signals at various intersections to promote the safe an(
movement of people and goods; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad recognizes the need for an objec
