RESOLUTION NO. 88-254
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE &YO'CiNT OF REVENUE
FROM PROPERTY TAXES NECESSARY TO PAY THE BONDED
INDEBTEDNESS OF THE "1962 SEWER BONDS, SERIES A,
B, AND C, t1 AND "1966 LIBRARY BONDS" FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1988-89.

"HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad annually fixe:
amount of revenue required from property taxes to fund the City debt

funds ; and
WHEREAS, the annual revenue requirements within each bond fund :
dependent upon the beginning balance of each fund and the Debt Sertiic
schedule for each bond issue; and
WEREAS, revenue of approximately $99,553 will be necessary to :
Sewer Bond requirements for the 1988-89 fiscal year; and
hXEREAS, revenue of approximately $18,083 will be necessary to :
Library Bond requirements for the 1988-89 fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City I
as follows:
Section 1: The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, pursuant
51508 of the Government Code of the State of California, does hereby
amount of revenue from property taxes necessary to pay the bonded in1
of the "City of Carlsbad, 1962 Sewer Bonds, Series A, B, and C" for
year commencing July I, 1988, and ending June 30, 1989, to be in the
