RESOLUTION NO. 88-283
A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE SETTLEMENT OF THE LAWSUIT ENTITLED PATRICK M. ROTCHFORD V CITY OF CARLSBAD, ET AE
WHEREAS, The City Attorney and the Risk Manager recommen
settlement of the case entitled Patrick M. Rotchford v Citv of Carlsb
et al and the City Council agrees that it is in the City's best interez
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council approves the settlement of this laws
and authorizes the City Attorney to sign the settlement agreement on
behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
