RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNTA, APPROVING IN CONCEPT A JOINT CITY/STATE STUDY PUBLIC BEACH AREAS,IN
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
